This is just beautiful…

In other news… I fly to Cape Town tonight and I’m super excited. I looooove Cape Town and whenever I’m there, I never want to leave.

The Expresso morning show is flying me down and I will be on the LIVE show on Friday morning. I will be with all the USN 12 week Body and Lifestyle finalists and the big announcement of who won is going to happen. Everyone has been asking me if I think I’m going to win… and I know this sounds like a beauty pageant answer, but it’s my truth. I’ve won already with my weight loss and having a complete lifestyle change.

I’ve also been asked when I’m going to post photos … I promise all will be revealed next week. I’ve written the post and will publish it next week.

I’ve decided to spend the weekend in Cape Town too, so I’ll be visiting the 2Oceansvibe Radio station down there, catching up and spending quality time with friends and enjoying the Cape Town beauty.
