By now you’ve seen that Urban Decay has released the gorgeous new Naked Ultimates Palette.
The attention to detail and personal touch is amazing – just look at how it arrived. I feel so special!
Also… Urban Decay thinks I look better naked. I’m not sure who told them, but thanks! Haha 😉
Ok kidding aside, lets get into what you do and don’t know…
What you do know is the cover itself brings joy. It’s shiny and pretty and our inner magpies will be singing.
What you don’t know is that while the cover is shiny, the actual eyeshadows themselves are all matte.
What you do know is that there are 12 new shades, which can’t be found in any other palette.
What you don’t know is their names:
Top row: Blow, Nudie, Commando, Tempted, Instinct & Lethal.
Bottom row: Pre-Game, Extra Bitter, Faith, Lockout, Magnet & Blackjack
(In my next life, I’d love to be the person who gets to come up with names for colours in cosmetics, like nail polish and eye shadows. What a fun job!)
What you do know is, Urban Decay not only loves their colours, but their pigments last all day and work on every skin tone.
What you don’t know is that even though they’re powder eyeshadows, they are buttery, which makes me them a blending dream.
What you do know is that the palette comes with a make-up brush – it has a blender and smudger on either side.
What you don’t know is that the brush is actually very good. Normally eyeshadow palettes come with hideous brushes / applicators (sponges on sticks is what I call them) and you can normally chuck them. You won’t be chucking this one.
What you do know is that you need to have this. Immediately.
What you don’t know is just how easily you can. It’s on the Urban Decay Online pop-up store www.urbandecaystore.co.za, making it a breeze to buy. There is limited stock so don’t delay.
Which is your favourite colour out of the 12?
