My G and I did our first road trip together in his official move back to Joburg this past Sunday. I love road trips! I’m a big dork when it comes to them. I make CD’s of music for the car, pack food and snacks for the trip and have my camera ready. You never know when you’re going to see something photograph-worthy.

We had rain the whole trip home. It was very grey and cold and when we stopped in Harrismith for lunch, it felt like a Winters day. We ordered soup and then carried on with the journey.

The trip went by so quickly… We sang a lot… laughed a lot and… we may have played “Eye Spy” and word games – dork, remember? FUN.

Beyond happy to have my G home. Welcome home Greg 🙂
