Duke the Vampire

Duke is just the most adorable pup in the world. Perhaps I’m biased, but I can’t get over how this little boy just charms everyone, everywhere he goes. People are drawn to his scrunched up face and I can’t go anywhere without people wanting to touch him and certainly not without hearing “Awwws.”

I also think he knows he’s cute, because he puts on “a show”, by jutting out his lip and looking up with his grey eyes and then grinning.

Next week he’ll be 4 months old and he is a big boy. We went to the vet yesterday and he weighs 12kgs… He’s not just growing in size, he’s growing in character too. He’s very protective over me and has a real growl and bark on him. He is so funny-he makes me laugh all the time.

Watching TV (Seriously)
Sleepy boy… He has to sleep with his head on a pillow and he will be restless until he can rest his head on something… My leg would do this time

I’m almost too scared to type this, for fear of jinxing things… but… He hasn’t destroyed anything. I haven’t lost any thing thanks to his vampire sharp teeth. My shoes and furniture aren’t casualties of war (yet), but I can’t say the same for my arms and his raw hide bones. He adores them. Happiness = having a really good puppy even in his teething phase.

His little teeth are starting to come out at the bottom and his bottom lip is jutting out more and more with the teeth sticking out now. He really is looking more and more like a little bulldog. I could gobble him up. Too cute.

My shoes are safe while he loves his bones.
He holds them between his paws
