I have had a massive craving for Choc Chip Cookies. I know I could have easily bought biscuits, but I felt like baking. There is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked anything wafting through my apartment.

PS. I’d love to tell you that I sieved the flour etc etc… I didn’t. I used the fool proof Ina Paarman’s Choc Chip Cookies Pack… Quick, easy and delicious!
