I can’t believe it’s nearly my birthday! 4th of February to be exact, in case you feel like saving up. Kidding. Kind of.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m still in my twenties, but I just ADORE birthdays and perhaps that will change when I get older.

I really hope that I don’t ever feel differently about celebrating though. We all get older, it’s inevitable and I’d like to celebrate that I get wiser too. I certainly am different to the girl last year. I haven’t changed in my essence, but I’ve grown so much and I’d like to think I’m enhancing my essence. I’m happy.

Besides, it’s the perfect excuse to munch on cupcakes and wash them down with a glass of champagne or two.

I think birthday’s are really special. OK, so it goes without saying that I love celebrating my own, but I really love celebrating my friends and families… I just think that it’s an extra special day – without it they wouldn’t be here and they wouldn’t be in my life.

I really cannot get over how many friends I have born in the first part of the year. Good grief.

While most of my friends are Libran, the majority are fellow Aquarians. My bank balance is feeling it.

I’ve worked it out. I know 22 other Aquarians.

So if it is your birthday! Happy Happy! I know that Aquarius is the 11th sign of the Zodiac – maybe 2011 will be a lucky year for us.

Now I generally don’t believe in daily horoscopes – I just think it’s ridiculous. Not every.single. Aquarian can meet the love of their lives or have money troubles on the exact same day. BUT when I look at the characteristics that make up different star signs, some people are just typically Scorpio or Leo etc. Know what I mean?

Oh and just to add a spanner in the works … Apparently scientists are now saying that Zodiac signs have changed due to the Earths rotation … According to this, I would actually be a Capricorn.
