I never take a single thing for granted and I appreciate absolutely everything, so when I get these opportunities I really appreciate it.
Legacy Lifestyles have sent me down to Cape Town for an event happening tonight…
I flew in to my favourite city on Tuesday and did some touristy things, like going up Table Mountain – it is breath taking and not that I ever doubted it, but we really do live in the most beautiful country.
I also can’t get over how it gets dark so much later – very European. I was on Camps Bay beach at 7pm and ended off the day at Cafe Caprice with a cocktail and a view of the most spectacular sunset.
I’ve walked the promenade with my friends Liezel van der Westhuizen and Tamsyn Lee Brown – we even “horsed around” on the White Horses by Three Anchor Bay.
I’ve done my shows at 2Oceansvibe Radio, had a few meetings and just breathed in the salty air. Bliss.
Mini Cape Town sent me this tweet:
@BaileySchneider looks like a good week & we thought you might want a MINI for a day. We’ll have it ready tomorrow morning. Welcome to CPT!
They let me know that since I had to leave Duke behind, they had someone waiting for me in the passenger seat… The cutest!!
By the way… I am in love with this car. I’m not sure how I’m going to give it back. There may be a tug of war when I hand over the keys. Sigh.
Speaking of great detail…
I am staying at the Protea Fire and Ice Hotel for two nights and yet again, the service is just wonderful… It’s the little details that really make it super special. Thank you for my flowers, toblerone and the USN Protein Bars!
The clouds started rolling in… The Mountain is there – somewhere!
Last night was a full moon… Just stunning…
See why I love Cape Town? The spoiling definitely helps and I am so incredibly grateful. After such a rough year, this really put a huge grin on my face. THANK YOU!
There is A LOT happening in Cape Town and tonight is the Legacy Lifestyle event. I cannot wait.
