Green apples have great fibre, which aids in digestion and decreases your risk of colon cancer. They reduce your liver problems, are high in antioxidants and can control your appetite. They are high in vitamin A, B, C and E.
Now, I must let you know that the NutriBullet cup has a Maximum Line and this is where your ingredients should go up to. I filled the cup up for photo purposes, but the veggies should only go to the Maximum Line or it won’t blend properly.
