Wedding Bells

What a gorgeous day for a wedding. Greg’s best friend Andrew Mitchley married the love of his life, Amy Cronje. It was held in the gardens of Longmeadow and was the most beautiful ceremony filled with sentimental meaning. I love that I actually remember what was said.

Amy and Andrew looked amazing. I’ve always heard the expression, and now I got to see it. She truly was the glowing, blushing bride.

Greg was the Best Man and the speeches were so heart felt and beautifully presented. I sat with a lump in my throat several times.

The food was delicious. Butternut soup, tender lamb, roast potatoes and vegetables and Amarula Creme Brulee (which happens to be my ULTIMATE FAVOURITE dessert…next to Crepe Suzette.)

What a HUGE party it was. The dance floor was permantley full. In fact, Greg, his parents Lolly and John and I were the last people standing dancing.

Party Animals of note! Loved it. The sore feet and knees were well worth it.

It was such a blessing to share their beautiful day with them and I just know the Mitchley’s are going to have an incredible life together.
