Yesterday a box arrived for me and I instantly got excited because I knew something from Clarins was inside. As I sliced it open, and pulled out it’s contents I actually gasped. It’s one of the most amazing things I’ve seen in a long time.

Behold the Clarins Advent Calendar.

I can’t even express how excited I am and actually how meaningful this is to me.

As a little girl I used to look forward to the Advent calendars – colourful Christmas pictures with little windows all marked with the numbers 1-24, counting down to Christmas.

Each day, my eyes would dart quickly over the randomly scattered numbers, looking for the number correlating to the countdown day – a tiny feeling of victory when I found it. I’d pull open the cardboard window ever so gently and pull out the chocolate.

It was aways chocolate.

This year I began my quest of being sugar free. The idea of an Advent Calendar actually made me a little sad. There are plenty of sugar free options for Christmas recipes, but Advent Calendars? Not so much.

Until yesterday.

This is by far the BEST Advent Calendar I have ever received because behind each little window, is a little Clarins Product.

I opened window 1 yesterday, on the 1st of December and there’s a little pot of the Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch, which smoothes and fills in lines instantly.

I’m so excited to see what the other 23 products are!
