I am a true blonde and I’m not just talking about my countless blonde moments. Over the years I have tried different things with my hair and like to change it up quite a bit. I have been so many different blondes over the years, even brunette at a stage and platinum blonde on top with Ferrari red underneath (I blame the Christina Aguilera phase.)
I have highlighted my hair so much recently that it started to look a little unnatural and more “bottle blonde” than bombshell blonde.
Yesterday I had my Runway Hair extensions removed (they had run their course after 6 months) and had my colour rectified at Studio 9, Melrose Arch. Lindsay-Jade is a gifted genius and she never ceases to amaze me. I am now back to my natural hair colour, with some lighter blonde highlights. Much better. I have to say my hair has also grown thanks to Runway Hair extensions and it’s healthy. I’m so impressed with the brand.
On Tuesday I will be putting new extensions in and I’m quite excited. Will blog about it next week.

My hair is back on track and so is my healthy lifestyle… I am starting the USN 12 Week Challenge again.
I never in a million years ever would have thought I would say this… but… “I miss it!”
Wow. Who is this girl and what have you done with Bailey?
Oh wait… This is me – the new and improved and I couldn’t be happier.
I think knowing what to expect now, might make it a little easier. I got into the lifestyle and routine of exercising, preparing meals, taking the supplements and sure, it was more difficult with a life on the go, but I proved it wasn’t impossible.
Weirdly enough I miss it. It is very very easy to fall back into the old trap, especially with my schedule, but I don’t feel good about it.
To stay on track, I’ve decided to do the challenge all over again. Summer is nearly here and I want to ensure that I feel good when I get into a bikini.
I’ve started training again at 5am… it’s bloody freezing, but it feels good to be back in the routine. I’m watching what I eat and making the right choices and adding the supplements back for the added support and help.
Just like anything in life, we need to keep motivated… I am obsessed with Pinterest and have a pin board called “Getting Fit and Healthy”
