Grey is such a synonymous colour with Winter. According to colour therapy, grey is both motionless and emotionless. It is solid and stable, creating a sense of calm and composure, relief from a chaotic world.

It’s funny that I’m drawn to it, right at the end of June as we say goodbye to the first half of 2016. It’s been a crazy few months, and I do need some relief from the chaotic world.

I also love that grey goes with everything- it’s a strong colour that is comfortable enough on it’s own, as a neutral, or it happily welcomes a pop of colour!
