Night with the Stars

I was invited to be a part of the Hospice Wits Night with the Stars Celebrity Fashion Show on the evening of Human Rights Day.

I had no idea how massive this event would be. 123 celebrities walked the long runway dressed by the creme de la creme of our South African fashion designers.

Firstly… and this may sound funny, but I had no idea we had 123 celebrities (and there were so many more missing) – it just shows me how much talent we have in this country.

It was held at Melrose Arch, Johannesburg and High Street was turned into the long catwalk.

I honestly felt like I was walking in New York or Paris Fashion Week. It was incredible to be a part of.

Studio 9 Hair and Spa did all our hair, using KMS products and MAC did our make-up for us.

I walked for Hip Hop. They designed a gorgeous dress for me and I felt like a queen.

Jan Malan and his team from Jan Malan Umzingeli should be very proud of the production.

It was a sold out show of 3000 people and I am thrilled that all the proceeds from the tickets went to Hospice Wits.
