Ironically, I’ve posted every day this week, so things are already looking up!Dear Beauty with Bailey on Expresso show, I’m very sad that my segment has been put on hold for the rest of the year. Dear Karolina, I am so grateful for our 15 year  (whaaaat!?) friendship and sisterhood. You are simply amazing! I often see Facebook’s “On This Day” memory pics and we really have had the very best times (and a few bad fashion and hair choices.)Dear body… I am back on the wagon again, after falling off. Only human. Sigh. I do feel so much better when I eat healthy, even though it’s so hard to get back when you’re craving all the nonsense. Thanks for starting to crave the healthy things again. Now I just need to get back into my exercise, over and above the Pilates I do.
