I’m on a roll and hopefully losing mine! Gyming is going well and I’m feeling really good. My only frustration level is that the results aren’t instant. So annoying. Wouldn’t that be amazing? Imagine after a gym session having instant chiseled abs and toned thighs? Sigh… Anyway… I’m pushing through.

I also happened to make a delicious meal last night… and it LITERALLY took me 15 minutes. I found some delicious fresh fish Kob/Kabeljou and bought some fresh asparagus and baby marrows.

Whilst the asparagus and marrows were being steamed…

I started to prepare the fish. I rinsed the fish and sprinkled: Parsley, course sea salt and black pepper on either side.

I put a little extra-light butter (I wanted an alternative from the usual olive oil I use) into a frying pan… with some fresh crushed garlic and then put the fish in… It took 5 minutes to cook.

Serve with salad or steamed veges and lemon wedges.

Voila! Delicious and healthy.
