BFF catch ups

Sorry for not blogging daily last week, but my BFF, Karolina came to visit me. We are working on a very exciting project together! I’ll tell you more as soon as I can…

I absolutely LOVED having her in Cape Town. We had several B+K Moments. It’s been full of fog lately, so we snuggled in at night, drinking tea and catching up while we heard the fog horn from the lighthouse sounding – it’s somehow soothing to me. Weird, I know.

I loved laughing and sipping on Raspberry Cosmopolitans together.

I loved our coffee sessions and eating delicious food.

And besides all of that, we worked hard.

I am loving working on this project with her – it’s such a treat to be able to work with someone who is not only my best friend but so professional. We work incredibly well and diligently together.

Here are some sneak peeks of what’s to come:

A photo of a photo on screen.
The view from our one location, 31 in Cape Town.

On one of our locations, there was a little girl Bulldog – she is 7 months old. She was so cute! I felt like I was “cheating” on Duke… I told her all about Duke – perhaps she can be his CT girlfriend.

My boyfriend and I took her to the airport on Friday night and I cried saying goodbye. Big crocodile tears.

I can’t wait to see her soon!

In other news… I had “The Blogger” from Hudson’s on Saturday. It seemed fitting.

This pizza is soooo good. Butternut, goats cheese, caramelised onions, pine nuts and rocket on a thin based focaccia type base…. Get in my belly!

I think it was made even better eating with this guy. He makes me laugh. A lot!
