I am in my element when I get to take a drive out into the country..about half an hour out of the city. I packed my camera and set out with my mom to just “explore.” Mom and I were talking about how normally people see the Winter landscape as being dreary and dull. It can,when you look quickly. When you really look suddenly things appear very different. I took a lot of photos today… I’m still learning how to use my camera… but I am in love with it.

It felt good to breathe in the fresh air, spend time with my mom and explore this incredible country I adore so much.
