I follow a LOT of fashion bloggers from all over the world – Australia, Sweden, the USA, the UK, France, Switzerland and of course, South Africa. You’d be surprised at the number I follow, especially since I’m not really a fashion blogger. I love fashion, I focus on aspects of it and while I’d love to do more on the blog, I don’t know how you find the time to shoot outfits. Teach me!

Following blogs in the Northern Hemisphere, means I get to see what the seasonal trends are and what will be coming to us when we enter that season. Obviously, at the moment, it’s Summer and I’m pining for the warmer weather.

Here are a few trends I’ve noticed and can’t wait to start incorporating into my wardrobe.

Laced up shoes. At first, I didn’t like it, but I’ve been seeing it more and more and I actually can’t wait to get my feet into a pair.

The other Summer trend I’ve noticed is all off the shoulder tops and dresses. I love how romantic and feminine this look is. It can be dressed up or down and it can be romantic or edgy, depending on how you dress it.
