I love it when technology and style combine, and The Design Tree is the company that ties both together beautifully.
Let me tell you a little more…
The Design Tree, under SGK Designs CC, uses laser cutting technology to combine art and steel. They have amazing designs for you to choose, plus you can customize your home decor and fashion accessories to suit your style. Get as unique and creative as you like.
Let’s start with the art pieces in the Home Decor section. Laser cut designs can be hung inside or outside and can also create a 3D look. They have some beautiful designs, but if you have a design in mind, they can be customized. Choose your look: Stainless steel, matt black or metallic copper (hello rose gold decor trends.)
In fact, I’ve started noticing the trend more and more… Besides, their personal Pinterest board, where you can see their personal work, take a look at some of the pinterest inspiration I’ve seen of this look.

Let’s chat about the jewellery statement pieces now.
Steel earrings? Aren’t they heavy? Absolutely not, they’re surprisingly light and elevates any fashion look. They’re also striking, so pairing them with a simple tee shirt or with a cocktail dress transforms instantly. I love wearing my hair up so that they can really be shown off and when I do wear my hair down, they’re intriguing when my hair blows a little and you see the pieces.
I wore these splatter earrings the other day, so very 90s and they were such a conversation starter…
They also have beautiful necklaces, key rings,and you can customize with names, dates and sayings, depending on the length.
I love this – such a perfect Father’s Day gift… a keyring for Dad and the little cut out heart, can be we worn on a necklace or charm bracelet for a little girl.
I actually have the most amazing customized necklace with Baby G’s name on it, so I can’t show it to you just yet, but I will be showing it off proudly in 4 months time! YAY!

So after much deliberation and wanting to say I WANT THEM ALL, I’ve decided I love the Swirl Earings in black, the most! With regards to the customized pieces, I really like Two Heart Disc. I would put Kate on each of the smaller hearts and give one to my mom and one to my dad. Then on the big circle I would put Family.
If I don’t win this competition, I now have an amazing Christmas gift idea for my parents 🙂
