I was asked to be the MC at the prestigious Bosch Service Convention on Saturday evening.The dress code was: Black Tie.

I love getting dressed up. I’m a girly girl after all. Studio 9, Melrose Arch did my hair beautifully… We straightened my hair, put some volume in and then pulled my hair back in a fun pinned style at the back.

It was held at the Sandton Convention Centre and I loved the way they had set up. The table settings had batteries and spark plugs mixed with flowers… very original and fun.

After sound check … We were ready to go!

The stage was crazy and the entertainment amazing. 1st Project are a group of guys who drum… their energy is amazing and they are super talented. They also happen to be great eye candy… ahem… they do drum with their shirts off after all.

There was a Laser Ring Act… The strength on that couple is outrageous… All I could think of while I watched them was: “I must get to gym more often.”

John Vlismas is one of the funniest guys I know. He is one of South Africa’s Top Comedians. I was wiping away tears of laughter!

All in all… it was a great evening! Thank you to Bosch for having me as your MC 🙂
