I feel like I’ve had so much going on and haven’t really shared much…
So here is life lately (and from a few weeks ago):
Lisa Raleigh and I filmed an insert for SABC 3’s breakfast show, Expresso. We did a mini Bikram yoga class.
I’ve been doing a lot of voice overs – I absolutely love this part of my job. I love playing with tone, voice and different sells.
I MC’d the launch of the most stunning boutique in Sea Point, called Alessia.
Laura, the owner has even named a dress after me and I adore it!

I received a beautiful box and letter from Coca Cola to let me know that I (my name) had been selected as one of the names to be on 500 Coke Bottles. They are running a “Share a Coke” campaign, so if you find my name – please take a pic and send it to me: bailey@baileyschneider.co.za
What an awesome honour! Thank you so much.
While I was in Johannesburg, I attended and MC’d the Blow the Whistle Launch. I am a proud ambassador of the campaign.
Blow the Whistle, an anti-crime initiative, is a national campaign which not only strives to protect all woman and children of South Africa, but aims to empower them by giving their voices back. The goal of the initiative is to provide women and children with the platforms necessary to make them feel safe, starting with physical whistles and a state-of-the-art mobile app, both of which allow them to call for help. By educating men and other citizens to react to the call of need, the community is activated to work together in the fight against crime in South Africa.
You can see more on the website: www.whistle.co.za and if you’d like to get involved, I would love you to join me. You can pledge your love and respect online, you can also buy a whistle for R30 – every single cent goes to towards helping those in need.
Download the free mobile app – this is AMAZING… The app can be set to monitor your journey´s automatically. By entering in how long you think a journey will take, the app will monitor your progress, and alert your guardians, along with your coordinates, if the time runs out before you stop or extend the journey. The app is PIN protected so that only you can stop or extend a journey. It also contains a panic button that will send an alert to your guardians if held down for 5 seconds.
The launch took place at the Michaelangelo Towers…

My Uncle Paul and Aunt Nadja were visiting South Africa from Switzerland. We all went to KOI for dinner. KOI has the most beautiful view of the ocean lapping onto the rocks below and is gorgeous to watch the sunset. It was wonderful to catch up with them again after all this time over a delicious meal and wine.

Socrates and I were invited to the Nelson Mandela movie thanks to 48hrs in Cape Town. What an incredible movie. I felt so emotional and so moved by it.
Laura very graciously gave me a dress to wear from Alessia and I am in love with the LBD with gold details.
It’s only 21 days until Christmas! I’m slowly but surely getting into the Christmas spirit. I went to get a tree yesterday and I know that as soon as I put it up I will feel even more excited. I can say that I am excited for my first Christmas in my new home in Cape Town.
Do you stay at home for Christmas or go away?
