Easter Weekend

I hope you all had a wonderful and blessed Easter weekend.

I spent it with my family and loved ones, which is always special. I have eaten far too much and seriously need to get back into my fitness regime. Oops.

I’ve been very bad in general (read busy) – and I can feel it – it feels horrid. I’m actually excited to get back into being healthy. No more slacking, Schneider!

Mom made my absolute favourite meal – Roast Chicken and vege’s with gravy…

For dessert, Mom baked a Baobab Cheesecake made with Baobab seed powder – it’s healthy for you and so delicious…

Duke was obviously very much a part of the whole cooking process and spent most of his time in the kitchen.

I got this photo of him the other day! DUKE 106 – COUCH 0.

SIDE-EYED!

This Lindt chocolate bunny was outside the Broadacres Spar… I think this is a decent size chocolate bunny. If only.

My Easter isn’t complete without these white candy coated eggs. My sister managed to find some, after a mini egg hunt at the various shops…

In other news…

The next few weeks are going to be utterly crazy, so please bare with me and my blog posts – all will return to normal soon. I have some MAJOR exciting, terrifying, wonderful, scary changes happening and the roller coaster ride of being giddily excited one minute and totally terrified the next, is all part of the process. It’s one hell of an adventure.

PS. Today is April Fools. I normally get suckered – not by the news articles – those are always hilarious. I get suckered by my friends. I’m hopefully not going to be fooled this year. I have until midday…

Have you been fooled yet?
